Pickup and Delivery Questions
Daily from 6AM to 10PM, however driver availability might vary so we invite you to sign up, sign in, and check out available windows.

Yes, we have a minimum of 25 pounds for pickup and delivery orders.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
Most orders are ready for delivery next day. But we will deliver your order on your chosen day.
No. Just let us know by adding notes when you place your order where you will leave your laundry for the driver to find at pickup. You will get a notification at pickup. Also leave a note where you want the driver to leave it upon delivery. You will get a notification when it is delivered, too.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
Wash and Fold Questions

We use only premium brand products for our fluff and fold. Tide is available for an additional $0.12 per pound. We also offer a Free & Clear option as well.

No, not for walk-in and drop off orders.
